A Decade Of Being The Most Prestigious Competition Among India’s Top Business Schools.

L.I.M.E. (Lessons in Marketing Excellence) is the country’s biggest and most keenly contested B-school challenge which is televised on CNBC-TV18 in association with HUL. Every year, top B-schools in India take part in a marketing case-study competition for management students. It gives students a platform to work on real-life & live business challenges, as well as gives companies the opportunity to interact with India’s brightest MBAs, and to share their unique experience. Over the years, L.I.M.E. has grown into one of the most prestigious and tooth-and-nail competitions among India’s top Business Schools, to find the country’s brightest and best young marketers.

In a very short span of time, L.I.M.E has become one of the most sought after and keenly fought competitions among students in business schools. One of the key reasons for this is that L.I.M.E gives students the chance to grapple with real, live and compelling business challenges from a variety of sectors. Upon reading the cases and the solutions provided, with hindsight, you will find that they reflect the substantive changes that these organizations were already in the process of making.

We have received an overwhelming number of requests to expand the number of colleges that can participate in L.I.M.E. Thus, to make L.I.M.E. truly competitive and encourage participation of B-Schools students across the country, we introduced a concept called the ‘Wild Card Entry’ in the third edition of L.I.M.E. and will be continuing with the same tradition this year. Like past, a marketing challenge will be given to students who will then enter the competition directly in the semi-finals on equal grounds with the other 18 B-Schools. Students who register for the Wild Card Entry will have access to one exclusive HUL Case Study.
